I have a TSU500/01 that I dug out of the closet and decided that I want to use again. Problem is my computer does not have a serial port like most newer ones don't. I have a serial to USB converter cable, but can not get NeoEdit to communicate with the remote. Any help?
Thanks,
Mike

Well,
As this is a desktop I just ordered a PCI Serial Adapter. Should be here in a couple of days, that should fix my problem.

Prontos can be quite picky about serial port configuration. Make sure you set it up to the lowest com port possible - ie. Com 1.
