I've got a "new" NEO that won't learn the code for the button that calls up the source selection menu (TV/AV1/AV2/etc.) menu on a Philips 32PF7320A/37 LCD TV/monitor. The NEO happily accepts any other code from the TV's remote, but no matter how what technique from the FAQ I try for failure to learn a code, the NEO just won't honor this "AV+" code. FWIW, I put fresh batteries in the TV's remote. Needless to say, I'm a little frustrated and also somewhat annoyed the NEO won't play fair with other Philips products.

Is there a workaround or a code to program in via NeoEdit?

Thanks!

Thanks...I tried this code but all I get is an alert that a Pronto code must start with "0000". Transposing the first two "bytes" did not work, either.

Followup...The above result was through NEOhacker only.

I later tried the Pronto2NeoConverter. One of the codes it suggested selects the AV1 input; the others do not work. The elusive code should bring up the Next Source menu. But if I can get codes that can directly select any of the six possible inputs (AV1, AV2, AV3. HDMI1, HDMI2, and Side), so much the better. Thanks!
