Our company have 2 Philips projectors. They were installed over 2.5 years ago and were running fine on 2 RU930 remotes. Well, one of them died, and our vendor got us 2 new TSU500 remotes. Now, I've been able to move over the config file from the RU930, but they will not turn on the proj. I tried upgrading the firmware, reinstalling the software and config files, same thing. When I go to the brand code for the proj. the code 9377 that came over from the RU930 doesn't work. It always says invalid code set. I spoke to Philips support and 5 people couldn't figure it out. We know the RU930 is European and the TSU500 is the American version so I am guessing the brand codes aren't identical. Has anyone come across this or even heard of it? Any help would be appreciated.
