When I turn on my back lighting there is a very low whine coming from the NEO. Is this normal? Dosen't seem to cause any problems and unless I'm in a dead quite room I can't hear it. Anyone else have this happen? Thanks, and this chat site has really helped me through many of the pitfalls others have hit before me. Hope I can add something of value somewhere down the line...

Most remotes with a light do make some sort of noise, from a hum to a buzz. If it's too loud, it may be defective and you may want to have Philips check it out. All up to you, since you say it doesn't bother you.
