I'm playing with my remote and the RC3200 1.3 edit software, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to add an IR action...I can open one of the default button and delete an action...but how do I add it?

The only way to add an IR action is to learn it. After learning the IR code or many codes, you then upload the configuration to the RC3200 edit software - and can further configure from there...then download it back. You can link to other learned buttons, but you can't add Custom IR codes. All default devices are pre-programmed with Marantz codes....no other manufacturers codes to pick from. Don't necessarily think you got ripped off because the Philips has other codes built-in. You most likely would learn most of your buttons on the Philips too.
