Hello. This is my first post on this forum. I have a ProntoNeo and was wondering if someone could shed some light on why the date and time are reset, along with the backlight settings after a download from NeoEdit???

Thats really a good point, I wish I could answer
that for you. If you really would like to know why
the software does this call and tell Philips to fix it!
This is really something that they can only change and
hopefully they will.
