I have been unable to download the new software update for NEOedit, or the firmware update. I have a fast connection (T1) so I do not think it is that. The web page says that it cannot be found. Any suggestions on where else I can download the update?

Thanks, allamand. These worked great, and I am dialed in with the new software and firmware. Now, if I only spend another week or so with NEOedit, I should become versed in the ways of Pronto!
