I just purchased the ProntoNeo for $144 at Best Buy which was previously opened and returned, starting to see why, and wonder if there is a site that walks you through configuring it. This is the first remote of this kind for me and I am feeling a little like returning it myself...

ShawnH,

Keep at it. I bought my Neo the same way and after a week or so of trying to understand, I'm starting to get some use out of it and can see it will be a great advantage. It's a little tricky though. I'd be happy to respond if you send some specifics. Best thing I could do was download several NCF's and then work with them (reverse engineer if you will) until I could understand what I needed to do.

Only one thing, I asked a question several days ago on this site and still no answer from anyone. Maybe my questions were beneath the level of this post area. Anyway, there's got to be some help out there and possibly everyones tired of answering the same questions over and over. OR maybe I need to learn the secret handshake first! ;)
