I finally figured out how to program my prontoNeo after 10+ hours of playing with the software. Now that I have programmed a few macros, their sequence keeps getting scattered and scrambeled every time I open the NeoEdit software. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and what I can do to keep the sequence straight.

I never had this happen to me, are you deleting or adding devices when this happend? What version of NeoEdit are you using?

If the maro's work after you Download to the remote, have you tried to upload the config right after the download and then work on the freshly uploaded file after it's been saved?

Maybe try that and see if the marcos stay put

Thank you for the quick response. I am not deleting or adding devices when this happens. My version is 1.3.4.0 updated off the web last week. I have tried to upload things after I have them straight in the unit to my PC. However, this does not seem to solve the problem. Note, my macros were created in the software; not on the unit. As soon as I get everything perfect in the software, and after I save to a fresh NCF file, the next time I open the macro page or the entire file up from my PC, the macros are missing steps and are in a very different order from the way I left them.

If you want, you can email me the ncf file and I'll take a look at it. Just give me an example of the way the macro should be layed out and then I'll try it on my Neo and see what happens!
