Thanks, I am going to upgrade my neo tonight. Do you know if this also saves any learned commands when you upload to neoedit or do you need to re-learn other remotes when you download a new configuration to the neo.

You have been able to Upload since the latest NeoEdit software version 1.3 was released awhile back. If you don't download and install this newer version first, the Firmware update WILL eraese the current .ncf file that is on the Neo.

Martin, What are you waiting for??? I just got mine and havent had a chance yet to really do any programming but it looks easy enough when I looked at the software. I think I am really going to love it...

Downloaded and installed the firmware upgrade. It appears to have solved an issue that I had with the sporadic activation of adjacent buttons. In other words, when I pressed a button on the screen, occasionally a button to the right or above the button I pressed would activate. I thought it was my "fat" thumb just contacting too much screen area, but now it doesn't do it. Anyone else have this "calibration" issue?

I tried installing the new Neo upgrade changes in version 1.3.3.2 but when installing a message came up "internal error 2355" and it could not finish installing. Anyone have this same problem and are there any suggestions to what I need to do?

I'm also getting the 'Internal error 2355'. Don't know what to do about it...
