hello. I just have a quick question. my pronto neo was steped on and the screen cracked. is there somewhere i can go to get it fixed or should i just throw it in the trash and get a new one. on a side note i had it to long to bring back to the store. Thank you, in advance.

If you can't find a screen for it, don't throw it away. You can send it to me if you no longer want it!
On a better note, I have taken apart my Neo, and the LCD screen could easily be replaced, if you can find one! I don't know if Philips would sell you one or not, but it might be worth a shot

You know, Phillips might always fix it for you, call me crazy but they do repair the stuff they sell!

Try the store first. If they cannot help try giving Philips a call. I know that is what is recommended by Philips. (on the other hand they might decide that stepping on the remote is not covered by the warranty, but what do you have to loose)
