I am looking for any advice on whether to buy the Neo TSU500 or the TSU2000. I do have a Panasonic ShowStopper 2000 and have read that there are problems programming it with the neo, but would just like to know if the little extra cost for the tsu2000 is going to give me a much more reliable and easy to use product.
