Is it possible to for NEO to learn a sequence of multiple buttons for another remote? ala macro like

If you programmed the NEO to learn the other remotes commands that you want to duplicate, you should be able to configure an applicable button in the properties menu to create a link. Worked for me. ......Don

Ummm... Anyway, I doubt you will be able to learn any macro, or as far as that goes any extended IR code. You will have to duplicate your macro by programming the NEO like you did your other remote. If you don't have those remote all you can hope for is that their codes are in the NEO database. Or someone has uploaded an NCF with your devices which is not likely. You could ask if someone has it to upload though.
