I just programmed my prontoneo. Has anyone ever had a problem with the LED not turning off. I have it set for 10 sec. and backlighting for 4 sec., the backlighting turns off but the LCD doesn't. I have to use the reset button on the back to make it turn off. Also, does anyone know if there is a PDF format of the ProntoNeo Edit software manual?

I had a similar problem, and removing the batteries solved it. Then I was able to change the on-off settings.
