Just bought a pronto neo. Having problems with the backlight staying on all the time. Have re-programmed the backlight timer, didn't help. Please help.

Also need advice on where go to download updated neoedit and firmware that everyone has suggested we use. We agree with everyone, this software is terrible. Please help.

For the backlight to be able to come on with any button, you first need to install the Firmware Update

Then you have to change the backlight to "ON" using the remote only, as this isn't supported in the software yet..

ON, is just past 120 sec
