I am having a problem learning some buttons on my remotes. I called customer support and they mentioned that this Pronto can only learn at a lower frequency, but can output a higher frequency.
Does anyone have the codes for a Panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound System (model #SC-HT80)and a Panasonic VCR (model #PV-V4021)?

That's true of the Pronto, but not the ProntoNEO yet. No one has developed code generation utilities for the NEO.
