Hello,

Is it possible to control a Roku 3 with an MX-3000 and MSC-400?

The Roku 3 is an RF remote.

Thanks for any assistance/links with this issue!

Only by IR. Nothing but the Roku RF oem remote will communicate directly with Roku 3 via RF. All other remotes are by IR only. sorry.

Thanks Edmund.

Can you recommend a remote/box that will handle learning an RF remote and also send trigger commands to work IR?

None will. You don't need it though. The Roku is both IR and RF. URC has the Roku codes in their IR database. Slap an emitter on the Roku and you are all set.
