Right, I'll try and keep this brief...

Bought my iPronto 2nd hand from the 'states a few years ago (I'm in the UK)

It worked, but kept loosing the screen calibration (many frustrated posts on here trying to find a solution, but patience usually prevailed)

Having left the unit for a number of weeks, I returned to find that the calibration was so far out that I couldn't access the calibration screen

Tonight I completely reset the software - a reboot that didn't fix the calibration, so a full system reset ..... I now have the Welcome to 1.9 screen with an OK button at the bottom (which I can't click)

So, stalemate. There's nothing I can do from this point short of dismantling the unit but
i. I don't really know what I'm looking for
ii. I don't know what I'll do when I get in or where to find parts if it needs them
iii. I don't want to break anything else whilst fighting my way in

Anyone here profess to have the knowledge/skills to be able to 'service' (fix) my iPronto for me ?

Can post back to the US if required

I have 2 NetXs but only ever got round to using one ... the iPronto presents a significant investment and I'd love to get it working again (properly)
