Hi Paul,

no RF is working with the iPronto!

Buy a IR receiver module to receive the IR codes from the iPronto and then the IR receiver module will transform the signals to X10 codes and send them over the power "network" to the x10 modules.

Works great! Download some .icf files here in the download section with x10 codes already on board.

Best regards,

Kalle

DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NETX WIFI AND THE SBCLI100 CONVERTER RF. MY EQUIPMENT IS IN THE BOTTOM OF MY CUPBOARD AND I HAVE A MINI CONTROLLER MARMITEK IR-RF7243U AND WANT TO BE ABL TO CONTROL MY IPRONTO WITHOUT USING LINE OF SIGHT. SO WHICH IS BEST OPTION TO BUY.
I HAVE X10 MODULE AND AIARM ALL OF THEM ARE MARMITEK WHICH I CONTROL USING MY IPRONTO AND MINI CONTROLLER I HAVE NOTICED I HAVE TO USE BOUBLE COMAND IE
LINK TO JUST CONTROL X10-2
LINK TO IR JUST CONTROL X10-2
DELAY 1.0 SEC
LINK TO IR JUST CONTROL X10-OF
LINK TO JUST CONTROL X10-OF
SURELY THERE IS A EASIER WAY OF DOING IT. BEARING IN MIND IT DOES WORK BUT IT SEEM'S TO TAKE A LONG TIME.

THANK YOU
PAUL

The iPronto does NOT talk RF X10, it only talks IR or RF via WIFI, the netX will connect to your WIFI network and control any IR equipment in another location as long as your WIFI network reaches there, i have used many and they work well, even with encryption, the only problem is that it is still.......JUST 802.11b!
