Hello All,

We are very excited to announce that we have increased the warranty on the Harmony Remote to 366 days!

We are doing this to show our confidence in our product and to make our customers even more comfortable investing in the best Universal Remote Control on the market.

You may note that some other remote controls have warranties of *only* 365 days. :)

Best regards,

Harmony Remote Team

Are all other manufacturer's warranties a joke, too? They all provide a full year (i.e. 365 days)...

EasyZapper extended their warranty from 90 days to 366 to show potential buyers they believe in their own product. It's not uncommon for a new, unproven product to have a short warranty. I commend EasyZapper for having the good business sense to match the industry standard warranty. OK, so 366 days vs. 365 days is a bit trivial... at least you won't get short-changed if you buy during a leap year!

Geez. They added a little humour to their message. That's all. I like it. ... Mike

Who is this vicneo guy?

A warranty increase from 90 days for a day over a year and he's thinking the company is taking us for a ride?

What kind of backward thinking is that? It obviously shows confidence in their products.

Where do these people come from that pop up on this site from time to time?

And, I agree with Mike! A little humour goes a long way! I don't think 366 versus 365 is trivial........ it is excellent marketing ......... using a little humour. It shows there are real humans like you and I at the other end of the chain!

Kudos to EasyZapper for the increase!

An AOL user from Chicago, says his profile.

Lovely service, lovely city. Give him a break, he's just understandably nervous about being mugged again.
