I have a new Xfinity X1 box. After going through the initial setup everything worked fine. The next morning the Cable Box had lost its setup requiring I spend 5-10 minutes going through the initial setup again. Again it worked fine the rest of the day and again the setup was lost the next day. This is VERY frustrating, how do I stop this from happening?
Right now I'm not sure if the problem is with my Harmony 665 or not! Comments?
