When I got my Harmony Elite, I tweaked my program repeatedly for months, with no problem. A few years passed, and I just booted the software and connected my Elite to my laptop. Connection immediately started charging the battery. However, the software shows the program I'd customized, but simply refuses to see the Elite. I tried all USB ports to be sure. I went into the weekend robo-chat, which was moronic and useless.
Any suggestions for connecting my Elite to the software on my laptop?
