I'm trying to set up a Harmony Elite to operate a Cisco DVR. Everything works fine, except it does not turn on and off correctly. The "Power On" and "Power Off" commands don't do anything, only "Power Toggle". How can I fix it? I would prefer to use the on and off commands, but I can't even figure out how to change both to toggle!

Sadly, last time I checked Cisco steadfastly refused to add discrete power commands. You can check the setup menu to see if there are any power on options that might allow you to turn it on by pressing a number key, for example.
