Have had the Harmony 700 for quite awhile. I use the Harmony Remote Software 7 to set it up. I have tried Myharmony software with it but I often have Sync problems with that software! Anyway, when I try to control the TV guide with the remote, when I go UP or DOWN, it always jumps two places instead of just one. Does anyone know why this might be?? Thank you.
