Broke case on remote, got new one. How can I get old remote to program new remote? Got old with system and never been on My Harmony. Can I register on My harmony and upload from old remote? I know nothing, sorry.

1) I don't know the answers but you may want to try Logitech's support page: [Link: support.myharmony.com] and/or their forum pages. 2) You don't say what brand the new remote is. If it's a harmony why not register and set up the remote from scratch? It's fairly straightforward.
