my Harmony 650 somehow switched to a plain red screen with Watch tv on it. The remote does nothing. How do I get back to the screen split int 4 quarters? I tried re-syncing and still the same.

Have not had that problem, but have you tried removing the batteries for a few seconds, then reinserting them?
