I have a Harmony 650 remote. When I change activities it won't change the input. It always remembers the last input. When I hit help in does fix the problem but it does not remember it. I have tried adding delays but I think I am doing it wrong. I don't know when the delay starts. It just adds another startup command that says "You want the next step to start after" The sequence is TV Power on then Cable Power on and then TV input to HDMI 1 and then the above message appears. How do I edit where the delay should go and how should it look on the screen?

It's a Device setting for the TV device called power on delay. Starts when the TV power command is sent. Depending on your TV, may need to be up to 15 seconds. You must keep the remote pointed at the TV for that entire time.
