I removed a Harmony Ultimate Home & added a new Elite. During the set-up, I simply copied the settings since nothing was changing. However the new Elite won't power on my Hopper 3. With the other remote, I had no issues. In case it matters, the remote on the Hopper uses the same button to power on as it does to power off. Any ideas?

The optimist claims the glass is half full; the pessimist claims it is half empty. An engineer observes that the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Use the Settings button in MyHarmony to adjust the power settings. The software and remotes use different operating systems form the old models and because of that, it's not possible for ALL commands to translate directly to the new one. It's part of the new capabilities and isn't really a bad thing- it just requires a bit of tweaking.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

If it worked on the Ultimate Home it will work on the Elite. In fact it will probably work on any Harmony model.
