I want to give one of my H-1s away, how do I reset it to original factory settings?

The feature (Reset Remote) is under the "Remote Settings" tab at the top (next to the "Devices" tab).

There is no Reset Remote there is a Replace Remote which is only used to replace your present remote for that account with a different Harmony remote, it will not reset the remote.  The only way of clearing the remote is to first delete all Activities, then delete all Devices, then update the remote, there is no way of reseting the remote to before programming status.  If the OP sells or gives his remote to someone else, once that person creates an new Account and adds their devices and Activities and updates the remote the old programming in the remote will be replaced with the new settings.

I believe the "Reset Remote" is a new feature. Under the "Remote Settings" tab (under S/W v7.7.0), there are 4 options (3 on the left, and 1 at the bottom-right)
o Manage Remotes (can be used to replace remote)
o Display Settings
o Reset Remote (new feature)
o Replace Remote (at the bottom-right)

I just checked again, for my One, 900, and 880 accounts, and there is no Reset Remote option.  Software 7.7 has been old for a very long time going on 2 years, and is still the only version available there is no Reset Remote option available, it would be nice if there was.  The 5 options for my Harmony One under Remote settings are Manage Remotes, Display Settings, Set Up a SlideShow, Select a Theme, and Replace Remote

The options I see under the Remote Settings if for my 680 which is much older than the One and 900. The differences in options show the common amalgamated Software is also model sensitive.

Hi LQQK

The Harmony One does not have a rest option, The data on your Harmony One will overwritten when the remote is updated with a different/new account.
Here to help with any Logitech Harmony related questions
