Hello All,

We recently realized that some customers were having trouble Detecting the infrared language or Digitizing an infrared command. In the case of Detect Language, customers would sometimes be unable to detect the language.

The reason for the problem was the instructions on the Device Tutor program were telling customers to start sending infrared to the Harmony from 12 inches away. This can result in the signal being distorted on capture. We've updated the instructions for both Detect Language and Digitize to recommend starting 2 inches from the Harmony and move further away if the infrared is weak or not recognized. We've also added specific instructions for what to do if the infrared signal is not recognized.

We believe that this will allow customers to have a much more reliable and easy experience when using the Device Tutor to Detect the Language for a device, or Digitize an infrared command for a device.

Hope you enjoy the improvements!
