Bought the Harmony... got it today. Batteries in, USB connected... all ready to go.

First thing it asks me: Update the Firmware (from 2.0 to 6.0).

That was 2 hours ago.

"An invalid configuration file name was specified" is the error I get over and over again from the Harmony Update Application.

Harmony LCD now reads: "No configuration. Please connect to www.harmonyremote.com"

Anybody have a clue? It was looking good until STEP ONE!

VERY, VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED.

NuYawka: Yes, get in touch with them immediately. They will know what your problem is and help you with it. Guaranteed.

I don't recall exactly, but I do know that the software does not register with Windows in the normal way, so that sometimes you may be required to download the file, then start the software separately, then load the file into the software. ... Mike

Excellent. Glad to hear it; they are busy, but I know they are trying hard.

Problem was on the Harmony web site. It wasn't my problem at all. They noticed a problem they were having... not sure what it was... fixed it and told me to try it again.
