Anyone had any problems getting the Harmony to work with a Proscan VCR, model PSVR64? It doesn't recognize any of the IR commands I'm giving it. Other learning remotes haven't had a problem.

1) are you pointing it wards the LCD end of your harmony?

2) Have you updated the firmware yet?

I've had to learn each device in my system, Harmony's website didn't know any of my gear with the exception of my old DVD player a Toshiba SD3109. I haven't had any trouble teaching it my TV (Tosh 50HX70), Receiver (Marantz SR7000) or Satelite (Star Choice) however the VCR is a no go.

I assume you have e-mail support. I have not heard of any device it can't emulate UNLESS it's a RF remote. Make sure you have the latest firmware.
