Is there any way to reset the harmony to the "as-received" condition?
I attempted to set mine up today by following the recommended similar component method, but no joy in an integrated functionality and want to start over.
I'll withhold further judgment of the device until I've had a good chance to really use it. But I must say that the Out-of-the-Box experience has been a disappointment. I'm concerned that 15 days to set-up and evaluate will not be sufficient time given that I have a life to live and a real job to go back to on Jan 2.
Warily,
Mike

Either
1) Remove all activities and then all devices... or
2) Create a new account.
If you could be a little more specific many people here might be able to give you a hand in resolving the issues. Many people have a hard time programming the harmony becasue it is so unline other remotes.

Mike, I'm having set-up difficulty also. One step that helped me was to bypass my firewall. When it was active I could not do an IR digitization. Also, point the lcd end (not the IR end) of the Harmony at the old remote you want it to learn. These tips helped me get over a few bumps...still the set-up road ahead seems longer than I had hoped. Good luck! Marc Wortsman
