Harmony support:

From reading reviews and your website, I can well believe that your remote will control my all-Sony setup (TV, receiver, VCR, DVD player), except for one possible problem. The DVD player sends a progressive scan signal, and the TV (KV-36XBR400) doesn't know when to automatically switch to anamorphic mode; I have to do it manually with a macro on my current remote.

Can this function be provided? Some DVDs have mixed content (anamorphic menus and non-anamorphic "behind the scenes" video, for example), so I really do need a manual toggle.

Yes.

First, you can easily bind a button or menu option to send one or many infrared commands. So you can easily recreate what you have currently.

However, where the Harmony excels is its internal state. Basically you can tell it to remember whether the TV is in Anamorphic or Normal mode. So you can get it to work out whether it needs to press the "Anamorphic Toggle" button when you finish watching a DVD and go back to normal TV.

This is handy for avoiding phone calls from the other half ... "Why can't I watch TV - you've broken it" etc!
