lol Anthony ... Rhubarb.

It was his profession, not his handle.

And I don't doubt that Cybervixen was something other than I have her in my dreams! ;-)

And I DO remember alpha2data. He always had some great points, but was a bit of a sh*t disturber at times. Definitely had his distinct points of view.

I don't remember eeper, but I do remember a countryman of djy who, I think, misconstrued a few comments about him that were made in jest and decided to leave RC. djy? Do you remember him?

And Ken is not ringing a bell.

Hmmmmmmm.... memories.

  • Cybervixen - A bit difficult to forget.

  • alpha2data - I remember, but had no dealings with.

  • Ken - Left to spend more time on his boat, though there was the offer of a free pizza if anyone turned up at his restaurant.

  • And eeper ('twas him that misconstrued some early comments) is still going strong, so far as I'm aware (must give him a call again). He is, however, very much more into his model trains these days.

I don't tend to remember jobs, the only two that click are Fine who was an electricien since he kept mentioning it often and ken because as djy said at some point he made a post saying something like if you are in Floridawe should visit his pizza place and ask for him and if he is there then he will offer us a pizza. He also kept killing his remotes.

And I DO remember alpha2data. He always had some great points, but was a bit of a sh*t disturber at times. Definitely had his distinct points of view.

me neither I guess if that whole mess would not have happened it would not have popped in my head

his real handle was not eeper, but that was what we called him, it was e per(something or other) so it was shortened to eeper

talking about memories,. Djy do you still have your RC shirt?

e pereira - Mike's actual handle.

Yes, indeed I was wearing it the other day, though it's getting a bit raggedy now. (Was thinking of asking Daniel if I could print up another).

My favorite shirts were the embroidered Sony RM-AV2100 ones. Real nice quality embroidery.

Custom embroidery can be done.

A few years ago we decided to buy Lesley's mum and dad some fleece jackets, embroidered with a Sheltie (Shetlend Sheepdog) logo (Christmas presents). Not having a decent image, I asked a neighbour if I could take some pics of their dog "Gypsy", e-mailed the chosen one and the company I was dealing with did the rest - and a darned (if you'll forgive the pun) good job they did of it too.

Fancy an embroidered Remote Central shirt?

Come on!!! djy... if we had to be forgiving every one of your puns we'd have to make a career out of it!

Sheeeeeeeeeeeesh!

Just pun away and and darn well see what happens on judgment day! You may just lose your shirt then, especially not having a decent image.

And when did you get to be friends with the chosen one that you can email him any time you please? Pretty forward of you I'd say. Fancy THAT!

MrKlaatu!!! Another poster with a... well... let me say... colourful personality... different but equally entertaining as our djy!

Do any of you remember the lawyer guy who posted quite a bit about 10 years ago, and then fell off the face of the earth?

Was it mason hatcher?

Nope. Not Mason.

Love the T-Shirt, dj. Does it come with what's inside?

If so, I'll take two. I'm into I/O ports.
