I have a region 1 disc which I would like to play on my WIN98 PC which is set to region 2. Is there any way to change windows to region 0. I have a windows DVD player which is set to region 1, but all it plays is the start screen telling me not to copy the disc by the FBI. I don't want to copy it I want to watch it! (It's The Faculty by the way. Is it worth all the hassle?) thanks!

That would be dependant on what DVD software you're using to play DVDs, or what hardware card, etc.
