I read the previous post about the 5109. Does anyone have any information about features, improvement over the 3109?

I believe that the primary difference over the 3109 is that it has progressive-scan output.
Also, I recently called Toshiba to see if I could get any more info on this. They gave me the same wordtrack about not releasing until the copy protection issues are resolved. But they also added that it wouldn't be released anytime this year. Not sure if this is actually true or she was just blowing me off, but I got it from Toshiba customer service.

Thanks for the information. I'm confused because I've seen it forsale on some mail order sites. Plus there is information about features on one site. (I forgot the URL by now). It did seem like the only difference was the progressive scan.
