How do you switch an LG plasma tv to HDMI mode so a dvd recorder will work?

Uhm... look for button on the remote control that says INPUT or SOURCE or TV/Video or something similar. If that doesn't work look for the MENU button. Some TVs have an option in the menu for picking which input you want to watch.
