Best DTS demo ever.... but it requires very specific equipment.

First off you will need an ADA Cinema Reference or ADA Rapsidy or ADA Suite7.1 processor preamp

then you will need either the Eagles hell freezes over DTS CD or DVD.... I recommend the DVD.

last track is 7 Bridges Road. play that in "solo mode" via the ADA preamps.... you have each singer in his own speaker with the "mix" happening live in the room.....

Joe Walsh sounds really bad. as do each of them , but together its beatuiful.

Do that for your customer and watch them write that big fat assed check for the ADA processors and Amps.

how do i know all this.....

ceied aka "ED" played this for me at his house before the divorce bullshit.

Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

If you are serious about Surround Sound Music; this is a must have. Put it at the top of your list. Its recorded in 5.1, but what sets this apart is that it was recorded in surround sound; not Re-mixed from analog or digital: The Flaming Lips, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots. ( go to its menu and click on extras). If you don't have a properly setup 5.1 audio system, or greater, don't bother. (although it comes with a 2nd disc that is 2 channel). I use it in the vehicle.

I just got The Last Waltz (Band) on Blu Ray Disc and it's
phenomenal. Was always one of my faves on DVD too.

Remoteshoppe.... I'll bet you would love Neil Young's "Prairie Wind" dvd ... It is really, really great.

Eagles Farewell Tour 1 from Melbourne. The PCM is not
bad but the DTS is excellent. Play "Funk #49" one time
and you will know what I am talking about.

Just bought that one, and I couldn't agree more!
LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!
