You pressed an input-select button on yhour TV's remote. Find a button named "input" and press it (waiting a few seconds between presses) until your image comes back, and remember which input works.

Sometimes designated as the TV/AV Button or AV button. On some units you need to scroll through the red, green, yellow, blue buttons - although this will be highlighted on the screen. Then as Larry says remember which input works
