Classic Computer Problem.

Now THERE is a reason to keep your entire damned entertainment system totally separate from your computer! You thought it was a pain in the ass to have slight delays while using a word processor or worksheet? Think about that same thing with a DVD ! ! ! !

I have had glitches like this occur on every computer I have ever owned, and I am sorry for you but thank you for giving me this perspective on "convergence."

"Convergence" means that you will have on your DVD all those stupid little problems you used to just have on your computer!
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

That's why people make dedicated HTPCs.
