I currently own the Toshiba TP61H95. I am debating on whether to get the SD5109 or the iScan doubler and a cheaper DVD (Sony 530). What I am wondering is how I can take the output of the DVD player into my VCR(first into a Sima product, then to VCR) and to my tv? Since only one output of the DVD player can be used will I need a splitter? If I go with the SD5109 will I need a component splitter to send one component to the T.V and the other to the VCR? Then how do I convert the component to an s-video?
And if I go with the Sony and iScan I guess I would take the S-Video out of the DVD and split it to both the iScan and to my VCR. Kind of confusing.
