Does anyone have the current hex codes for A, B, X, Y? The codes listed above are non-fucntional. I believe they've done an update and changed the codes...

Thanx

i know this is an old thread but wanted to see if these are still working? i'm using a Broadlink RM mini and not having any luck with any of the codes listed. I'm converting to base 64 but unless i reverse the output, the Broadlink doesnt even send the packet. When i do reverse the output it does send the packet, but then there is no response from the xbox.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I finally figured out how to get the XBox controlled by the Broadlink RM Mini and ultimately with Alexa.

This video from Paul Hibbert was a huge help:

Basically, I used someone else's cloud remote to learn the code in RM Bridge. In the Broadlink e-Control app, search for Xbox then select the 'Microsoft' one (the video explains this around 6min). If you just want to control the xbox via Broadlink with the app, you can stop there. If you want to activate it with voice through IFTTT, though, then you need to learn the code in RM Bridge by sending it to the RM Mini while the RM bridge is in learning mode. I couldn't find this anywhere else online so I hope it helps.

Does anyone here have any experience with the arduino IR library? I'm trying to send the xbox on/off command, NEC1 (128.216.100) but i can't seem to translate that to a message for the library.

This is the function, what goes in the place of 0x0000000?

irsend.sendNEC(0x0000000, 32);

I've also tried translating hex codes posted in this thread on this website and sending the raw data, still nothing.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. It sucks.

"Simple": This is a four byte number. The first byte is the device parameter, with the bits reversed, here 0x01. Second is the subdevice number bit reversed, here 0x27. Third is the function parameter, bit reversed, here 0x38. Fourth is the one-complement of the third, here 0xD9. Together 0x012738D9.

I recommend that you instead try the Arduino library "Infrared4Arduino", available in the Arduino library manager with the name "Infrared". See its example "Nec1Renderer", which does sort-of what you want.
