This frame TV was set up probably three or four years ago, and the default art was there that is always there, but now it's stuck on one piece of art and it won't let you change it.

It seems like I read somewhere that Samsung has had some issues with their art. I would just be happy if the default artwork could be thumbed through and picked. This TV seems to be stuck on a default and won't change it.

These people were OK with seeing the same artwork for 3-4 years? Why not explain that a thumb drive with their own artwork preferences can be used?

I am not opposed to that, but what is wrong with having it work the way it used to work?
