I was a tech and installer until i sold my company back in 2017. I have recently needed to reprogram my remotes i own personally. my old urc login is no longer valid due to the redesign of the site. I have lost my Complete Control program for the PC as i have a new pc. Can some one help me out on where i may download theComplete Control program or maybe email me the file.

you need an account now. Checks credentials every time you load it up.
If you had an account before, just sign up for a new one, they will most likely just set you up. Especially if its just for CCP.
