All,

We just installed one of the new B series Frame TVs and it is stuck in Portrait mode and won't come out of it. The TV is mounted horizontally (I read that some people had issues adjusting it when it is vertical but that isn't the case here).

Aside from the thing being defective (the 2 others that we installed on the same job are fine), anything anyone knows that might correct this?

Thanks in advance

Thanks...we just figured it out and it made no sense (it's a defect).

There is a physical microphone button on the new B series. We ended up flipping it to its other position and then the set went out of portrait mode and worked as it should. No reason...it just did.

When we flipped the microphone back to its original position...nothing happened.

I think it's a software glitch. The other 2 TVs that we installed on the same project had no such issues. Something for you guys to try if it happens to you. This problem is all over the Samsung site with no resolutions.
