Are you attempting to learn IR codes emitted from a remote control? What are you attempting to control? What device will you be using to emit these IR commands? You may be able to find the IR commands online.

All good questions, buzz; in fact, they are the necessary starting point for actually ding something.
And in this case, "online" means on this site, at the Original Pronto Forum. I'm surprised you didn't point him to that forum!
It's been several years since I have needed the wonderful help that the guys on that forum give, but it's worth a try.
Go to the forum. Check around and see who has been a member for a long time. Check out the software section.
I can't remember all the details of what that software will do for you, but it sure should solve your problem!

I am looking for a program that will be able to generate IR codes. IrScrutinizer. My suggestion is to leave the archeology to the archeologists...

I got the protocol for the Optoma UHZ65UST projector. I don't have a power on power off code. There is only toggle. I remember that there was a small program Pronto (not Phillips Pronto) similar to IRTool only less complicated.
