Is it possible to connect an ata to a traditional analog house phone without using a pbx or ip phone system so that the Control4 DS2 Doorstation can use sip to call it? In other words, Control4 DS2 button press, calls all devices in call group (sip), make the ata a part of the call group, and have it ring the phone. They key would be it's an analog phone line, and the phone still needs to receive the analog phone calls.

Thanks!

Yea 2N has some kind of adapter to tie in with phone systems- I checked a few months ago for a job we have to upgrade with regular Viking intercoms and Avaya phones and they have something for that. Not sure if it will work on a regular POTS line though.

We've successfully integrated 2N doorstations into Grandstream IP phone systems where the incoming lines are all POTS (no SIP trunks).

These were the 2N Solo/Verso units though....but in theory should also be possible with the Control4 version.
