Do not upgrade any firmware to Unifi if you want your RTI Panel to continue working.

Upgraded a client and all hell  broke loose.

DO NOT DO IT !!!!

Did you get it fixed? I have both in many homes. Do you use Cloud Keys?

What is not working? Dropped WiFi connection? Error message? If there is an error message, who issued the message? The RTI App? RTI Panel host? Are other controllers (if any) still working? Are other WiFi clients working?

I talked to Rhea, he said it is a known issue with the latest Unifi update and RTiPanel. RTiPanel stops working or works intermittently. RTI and Ubiquity techs are working on a solution.

There are two boxes to check in the Cloud Key software. It was posted on the thread in the RTI Forum.

Go to settings, click on wireless networks, click on edit in Network Name,In there, I turned on "Multicast Enhancements" and "Proxy ARP".

I was doing this while I had my client on the phone and it immediately started working.
