I've been pulling out all kinds of old plasma's over the past year.  Everyone in my neighborhood now has garage TV's.

My garage tv seems to be in a constant state of upgrade.

32" Sharp to 50" Runco (retired due to no HDMI inputs) to 46" Samsung 4k. Have a 70" Samsung sitting in the back of my truck waiting to go up this weekend.

I have about 8-10 functional tvs leaning against each other in my storage.

Is it functional if you can't plug a modern video input into it? I say that having recently ditched a 46" (I think) Sammy plasma for which I used a ten buck hdmi switch to choose the video input I was going to send in through the DVI connector.

I'm reminded of an incredibly old Mitsubishi 35" TV that had S video inputs. The connection was accomplished via two RCA jacks per input. That is, this TV was from a time before the S video connector had been invented! And, being a big Mits, it weighed probably a hundred pounds.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I gave a 50" Fujitsu to someone who lived in a trailer and he was upgrading from a 32" cheap LCD. He went back to the LCD after seeing his power bill go up by $20 a month.

No, it probably weighed north of 200.

The 40” Mits was a back breaker with 3 guys.

I think the only set that ever trumped the 40” Mits on weight was the 40” Sony Vega. Had the flat glass on the front making it ridiculous. Imagine installing some of those on brackets above a bar

At least Sony was nice enough to give us handles for the 40". The Mits had no such benefits.
